Jon Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the VP of Applications Engineering at ARM since June 1998. With a strong leadership role overseeing ARM's IP support organization across 18 global locations, Jon is responsible for conveying the technical voice of the customer to senior leadership. Prior positions at ARM include Senior Director of Engineering, where oversight was provided for a large engineering team and technology portfolio, and various engineering management roles focused on software development tools and product engineering. Prior to ARM, Jon held software engineering and design methodology roles at Infineon Technologies. Jon holds an M.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester and a B.A. in Art History from The Open University.
