Tim Marshall has over two decades of experience in product and program management within technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Salesforce / Khoros Product/Web Program Manager at Arlo Technologies, Inc., since July 2018, Tim played a pivotal role in the company's spinoff process, focusing on the segmentation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Khoros Communities. Previous roles include Lithium Product/Web Developer at NETGEAR, Oracle RightNow/Salesforce Administrator at Logitech, and Global Program Manager at Cisco, where Tim implemented custom service features for notable partners. Tim's career began in operations management at Shutterfly and entrepreneurship as the founder and CEO of Teffingo LLC. Tim holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BA in Communication and Business from the University of Puget Sound.
