Javier A. Oliva Molina has a diverse work experience in the soccer industry. Javier A. most recently worked at Arlington Soccer Association as the Director of Coaching Education starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The St. James as the Director of Strikers Clinics and Age Group Director from October 2022 to August 2023.

Javier A. also has experience working at Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) as a Soccer Coaching Trainer in the Parks & Recreation Center from October 2022 to November 2022, and as the Summer Camp Director from June 2022 to August 2022.

Additionally, they have previous work experience at BARÇA Academy Northern Virginia as the Head of Strength and Conditioning Department from August 2021 to July 2022, and as the Academy Coordinator from August 2020 to July 2022.

Before that, they worked at FC Barcelona as the Summer Camp Technical Coordinator from June 2021 to August 2021.

Javier A. Oliva Molina completed their Bachelor's degree in Sports Science (240 ECTS) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2013 to 2018. Javier A. then pursued a Master’s Degree in Personal Training (60 ECTS) from FiveStars International Graduate School from 2018 to 2020. Before their university education, they completed a Pre-University Course in Sports and Exercise (119 ECTS and 2000 hours) from Instituto de Educación Secundaria El Olivo from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Javier has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Javier A. obtained a Certificate in Football Tactical Analyst from Barça Innovation Hub in March 2022. Javier A. is currently in progress of obtaining a License UEFA A from UEFA, which they started in November 2020. Javier A. also holds certifications as a Fitness Instructor - European Qualification Fitness Level 3 (EQF3) and as a Personal Trainer - European Qualification Fitness Level 4 (EQF4), both from European Health & Fitness Association through Fivestars Fitness, which they obtained in May 2020 and February 2020 respectively. Furthermore, they acquired a License UEFA B from the Real Federation of Soccer of Madrid in July 2014, a Certified Advanced Bodybuilding and Fitness Trainer from the Royal Spanish Weightlifting Federation in May 2012, and a License UEFA C from the Real Federation of Soccer of Madrid in March 2012.

Javier also has additional certifications, including a "MASTER POWEREXPLOSIVE" and a "Powerexplosive Formation," both from POWEREXPLOSIVE S.L. However, the obtained month and year for both certifications are not provided.
