Christian M. W. is an accomplished Planning Manager at the City of Goodyear since February 2014, where responsibilities include supporting development, mentoring the Planning and Zoning team, and coordinating improvement efforts across departments. Christian has extensive experience presenting development projects to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council, overseeing plan reviews, and representing the city on various committees such as the Maricopa Association of Governments Population Technical Advisory Committee. Prior roles include Principal Planner, Senior Planner, and Planner, emphasizing project management and collaboration with the development community. Earlier experience includes roles in research and planning with the Peoria Unified School District and as a traffic engineering intern with the City of Peoria. Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community, Environment and Planning from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
