Claire Lloyd has a wealth of experience in the property management and letting industry. Claire has held various roles throughout their career, including being the Chief Executive Officer of Mortimers Aylesbury Limited and Hearth & Home Estates Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Consultant for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, where they highlighted the unique features and services provided by the company. Claire also served as the Vice President of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and as a Board Director for the National Federation of Property Professionals. Claire has extensive knowledge in residential lettings and property management, having been the Director of Property Management at Alexander & Co and the Owner and Managing Director of Claire Lloyd Properties. Additionally, Claire worked as a Partner at Hartwell Partnership, where they set up the lettings department and later went on to establish their own successful lettings agency.

Claire Lloyd began their education at Poles Convent (Hanbury Manor) from 1981 to 1986. Claire then attended St Christophers in Letchworth from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, Claire obtained a Certificate in Residential Lettings & Management (CRLM) from The National Association of Estate Agents in September 2000. It is unknown if they pursued any formal education at Chelsea School of Art & Design, as no start or end dates were provided for this institution.
