Adam Kingswood MARLA is an experienced property professional and the Owner/Director of Kingswood Residential Investment Management, an award-winning letting agent in Nottingham and Mansfield, since January 2016. Adam also serves as the East Midlands Representative for ARLA Propertymark, advocating for higher professional standards in the letting agency sector since September 2020. Additionally, Adam holds a Non Executive Board Director position at the FRANK HODSON FOUNDATION LIMITED, a charity that provides rent-free accommodation for the elderly in Nottingham. Previously, Adam managed the Nottingham branches of both Leaders Ltd and PWR Lettings, accruing a solid foundation in residential property management and consultation.
