John Rasmussen holds extensive legal and compliance experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Arkos Health since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at cartiga° and Chief Legal Officer at Viome. John Rasmussen has also contributed significantly to Solera Health as General Counsel, Senior Vice President, and Corporate Secretary, where improvements in corporate governance processes were made. With a rich history at Inform Diagnostics, John Rasmussen led major mergers and acquisitions and played a key role in a significant corporate sale. During tenure at CVS Health, responsibilities included directing litigation strategies during periods of rapid growth. John Rasmussen began a private law practice focused on litigation in Las Vegas, NV, and Phoenix, AZ, before pursuing advanced education at Brigham Young University, earning a BA in International Relations and Affairs as well as a Juris Doctorate.
