Michael Smith is an experienced manufacturing professional with a diverse background in CNC machining and supervision. Currently serving as Shop Foreman at Arkos Field Services since June 2018, Michael has previously held positions as a CNC Programmer at Bauer Manufacturing and a CNC Machinist at Weatherford, where responsibilities included setup, programming, machining, and first article inspection. Prior experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Global Energy Services involved managing a CNC machining department with multiple machines and employees. Initial experience started as a General Shop Hand at Garfam Industries. Michael holds an AAS in Machining Technology from Lonestar College and possesses a high school diploma from Spring High School.
