Katie Donham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katie is currently the Head of Marketing at Arketa, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Founding Member in the Growth Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners, starting in April 2022. From 2018 onwards, Katie provided Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Consulting services independently. Katie'sprevious roles include serving as Associate Director of B2B Marketing at Policygenius Inc. from June 2022 to May 2023 and as Associate Director of Strategy & Growth from June 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Parsley Health, including Director of Lifecycle Marketing from July 2020 to June 2021, Sr. Manager of CRM & E-Commerce from March 2020 to July 2020, and Sr. Manager of CRM from April 2019 to March 2020. Katie was also the Head of Retention Marketing at The Maze Group from October 2017 to March 2019 and a Retention Marketing Senior Associate at Harry's Grooming from September 2015 to October 2017. Katie began their career at IBM, where they worked as a Global Business Services Consultant from August 2014 to September 2015 and as a Consulting Intern from May 2013 to August 2014.

Katie Donham has pursued their education in the field of Sociology. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Barnard College. Katie further expanded their knowledge in the same field by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Columbia University. In addition to their academic achievements, Katie has also obtained certifications in Marketing Strategy from Reforge in October 2020 and completed the Core: Credential of Readiness program offered by Harvard Business School Online in June 2015.
