Blair Romain

Senior Manager, Content Marketing at Arkestro

Blair Romain has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a Freelance Writer at Envisage International Corporation, where they wrote articles and blogs targeting foreign students interested in obtaining a fine arts degree in the United States. They then worked as a Proofreader at On Ideas, a local advertising agency. In 2012, Blair transitioned to a role as a Bakery Clerk at Publix Super Markets, where they provided excellent customer service, packaged and labeled products, fulfilled orders, and maintained inventory.

After their time at Publix, Blair took on administrative roles at the University of North Florida, starting as an Administrative Assistant and later becoming an Executive Secretary. In these positions, they handled various tasks such as managing budgets, processing travel requests, maintaining websites, and promoting environmental consciousness. During this period, Blair also dedicated their time to Flock Literature (formerly Fiction Fix), a literary magazine, where they served in various roles and eventually became the Managing Editor.

Blair's marketing and communications career began at US Assure, where they created and edited internal and external communications, updated online resource guides, and organized company events and fundraisers. They then moved on to SAP Ariba, starting as a Campaign Program Manager before becoming a Manager of Strategic Marketing Programs and Enablement. In these roles, Blair collaborated with marketing teams, managed multi-channel marketing programs, led traffic calls, and trained team members.

Following their time at SAP Ariba, Blair joined Medius as a Marketing Communications Manager. In this position, they executed various communication activities, including creating email newsletters, publishing content on the corporate website and social media channels, and managing internal and external communications.

Currently, Blair is working as a Content Marketing Manager for Arkestro, a fast-paced startup. They are responsible for developing a company-wide content strategy, setting and measuring KPIs, creating engaging content, coordinating promotional activities, managing social media accounts, and leading a team of copywriters.

Throughout their career, Blair has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries while successfully executing various marketing, communication, and administrative tasks.

Blair Romain's education history is as follows:
