Pascal PENNEC has extensive experience in plant management and reliability, currently serving as the Maintenance, Reliability and Projects Plant Manager at Arkema since April 2016. Previously, Pascal held the position of Plant Availability Manager at Borealis from February 2012 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include an Ingenieur degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (1992 - 1995) and an Ingenieur degree from IFP School (1996 - 1997).
