Aaron Strickland has extensive experience in chemical engineering and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Arkema since May 2014. Strickland has held multiple roles at Arkema, including Production Superintendent, Production Improvement Leader, Senior Process Engineer, and Esters Process Engineer. Prior to Arkema, Strickland worked at The Ohio State University as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, focusing on curriculum development for engineering courses. Engineering internships at Sherwin-Williams Paints involved improving asset management and data analysis within supply chain quality, while an earlier position as a Quality Technician at The MK Morse Company contributed to continuous improvement projects. Strickland holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
