Prior roles include Export Documentation and Customer Service at Arkas Egypt, where responsibilities entailed booking coordination and documentation management, and various positions at Clarksons, YOUGO EGYPT CO., Ocean Express Shipping, WORMS SERVICES MARITIMES, and SGS Testing & Control Services Pte Ltd, involving customer service, documentation supervision, vessel agency management, and cargo insurance.
