Andy Geswein has a diverse work experience in media production and communications. Andy has worked at various organizations including Arkansas State University, where they currently serve as the Director of Creative Media Production. Andy has also been an Adjunct Instructor, teaching Sports Reporting and Broadcast Graphics. Prior to that, they worked as a Multimedia Specialist at Arkansas State University.

Andy has also held positions at The Convocation Center as the Director of Video Content & Operations, at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department as an External Communications Coordinator, and at Nexstar Little Rock as the Executive Director of Commercial Production.

Andy has worked as a Commercial Editor/Producer at Fox 16 CW Arkansas and as the Interim Creative Services Director at Fox16 CW Arkansas. Earlier in their career, they have worked at KAIT-TV as a Marketing Director and Associate News Content Producer.

Andy also gained experience as a Video Services Graduate Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi, where they produced videos for various sports teams. Andy started their career as a Production Assistant at KHBS/KHOG and worked as Contract Labor at Gray Communications.

Andy Geswein earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio/Television from Arkansas State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mass Communications at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in "After Effects and mocha AE: Screen Replacement" from LinkedIn in 2019 and "Flipping the Classroom" from Lynda.com in 2018.
