Courtney Pledger has held various executive positions in the entertainment industry, including as the Executive Director and CEO of Arkansas PBS. Prior to that, Courtney served as the Executive Director and Director of Programming at Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival. Additionally, Courtney has experience as a Literary Consultant at Aardman Animations and as a Senior Vice President of Production at Radical Studios. Courtney's background also includes work as an Executive Producer at DreamWorks Animation and as a Producer at Illumination Entertainment. Courtney began their career as a Partner at Jigsaw Films after completing a BA degree at Millsaps College.
