Beth Milligan M.D., F.A.A.F.P, CHCQM, CPE serves as Associate Medical Director at Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care since April 2020, and has been an Emergency Physician and Chief of Medicine-Telehealth at Central Arkansas Veterans Administration since November 2016. Additional roles include UAMS Faculty Instructor and VA Physician at Central Arkansas Veterans Health Systems since May 2015. Prior experience includes Associate Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer at Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, and primary care services at Saline Med Peds as well as Hospice Home Care. With a Doctor of Medicine degree from UAMS College of Medicine, and advanced certifications in physician leadership, Beth Milligan possesses extensive experience in family medicine, quality management, and telehealth.
