Hailey Hedges serves as the Development Project Manager at Arkansas Athletes Outreach since February 2023, focusing on fundraising strategies, donor management, and event planning. Currently, Hailey also holds the position of Deputy Treasurer for Future Women Business Leaders, enhancing skills in financial management and accounting. Previous experience includes a Finance and Accounting Internship at Happy Egg, where financial reporting and data analysis were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include consulting at Palm Beach Tan, and serving as Vice President of Civic Consciousness for DECA Inc., and a cashier at Harps Food Stores. Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Analytics at the University of Arkansas, expected to graduate in 2025.
