Caroline Martinez has extensive experience in education and youth leadership, currently serving as an ESL K-6 Teacher and 2nd Grade Teacher at Arkansas Arts Academy since July 2019, as well as a High School Girls Soccer Coach at AAA Girls Soccer since August 2021. Additionally, Caroline has been a Youth Pastor at Iglesia Oasis since August 2016, leading a weekly youth group focused on prayer, worship, and discipleship. Prior experience includes roles as a Lower School Spanish Teacher at The New School, a K-8 Spanish Teacher, and various teaching and support positions within the Bentonville and Springdale Public Schools systems. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Harding University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
