Yossi Ben Yosef has over 30 years of work experience in engineering and research and development (R&D). Yossi is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Arkal Automotive since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of VP R&D and Operations at Strauss Water Ltd. from June 2017 to June 2023. Before that, they worked at ARAD Ltd. as the VP R&D and Engineering from April 2008 to May 2017. Yossi also has experience working at Motorola Solutions as a Physical Design Group Manager from 2000 to April 2008. Yossi has held various R&D and engineering roles at Disc-O-Tech Medical Technologies, Orlite Industries, Motorola Solutions, and Aran R&D.

Yossi Ben Yosef completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the years 1985 to 1989. Yossi also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Netanya Academic College from 2013 to 2015.
