Jane Isenbletter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jane started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Sbarro, where they managed time and staff during their shifts and developed team members' skills. Jane then worked as a Catering Sales Manager at That Pie Place, where they built and maintained the customer base for the catering side of the business, scheduled meetings, and confirmed catering orders.

Jane then transitioned to the financial industry, working as a Compliance Analyst at Triad Advisors. In this role, they organized the compliance department, created new procedures, maintained mail logs, and ensured client information was searchable. Jane also kept detailed logs of monthly required documents and filed them correctly for review.

Next, Jane joined Advisory Services Network, LLC, as a Compliance Specialist. Jane handled day-to-day operations within the compliance department, built relationships with advisors, created a new hierarchy flow for email monitoring, and introduced the company to new technology and digital tools.

Jane later worked at Delta Dental of California as a REC Training and Implementation Contractor. Here, they created training for 3,500 employees for a new Policy Management Program. Jane ensured that authors of policies and procedures were trained on the system and provided them with helpful tools, such as training guides and style guides.

Most recently, Jane worked at CINC as an MLS Compliance Specialist. Jane focused on ensuring compliance with MLS regulations, managing relationships with real estate agents, and resolving any compliance issues that arose.

Currently, Jane is working at Arkadios Capital as an Assistant Director of Transitions & Technology, where their responsibilities include overseeing transitions and technology initiatives.

Throughout their career, Jane has demonstrated strong administrative skills, built relationships with clients and colleagues, and introduced innovative ideas for utilizing technology in various industries.

Jane Isenbletter obtained an Associate's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from Gwinnett Technical College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
