Shawn McDowell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and program management. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at ARKA Group, LP since August 2022, Shawn previously held the position of Program Manager at The Stratagem Group. Prior roles include Aligned Enterprise Planner at Arena Technologies LLC, Site Manager and Program Manager at Raytheon, Integration Engineer at ITEC, and Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
