Dave Serdinak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and photography industries. Currently serving as a Manager at Ark Restaurants since February 2018, Dave also runs a photography business, Dave Serdinak Photography, operational since December 2005. Previous roles include General Manager at Lolo's Chicken and Waffles, and Manager at Chayo, along with significant experience in various supervisory positions at multiple Hard Rock Cafe locations. Dave's career in the food industry began as a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse. Dave holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, complemented by a high school education from Field High.
