Olof Fransson has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2008. Olof began their career as an F&B at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, and then worked as a Private Tutor at My Academy from 2013. From 2015, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at C/MIND, before joining Alumni as a Researcher - Executive Search in 2017. In 2018, they were a Talent Acquisition (Associate Consultant) at Netlight, and a Talent Acquisition Partner at Tink. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at Quickbit, and is currently a Talent Partner at Ark Kapital.

Olof Fransson completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism Studies at Södertörn University between 2012 and 2015. Olof attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011, but did not receive a degree.
