Nadim Ghbaly has a diverse work experience starting from their position as an Army Officer in the Lebanese Armed Forces, where they served from October 2010 to June 2021. Following this, they worked as a Team Leader in the Close Protection Unit of the Private Sector from September to December 2021. In February 2022, they joined Daher Foods as the Head of Security, and that role continued until March 2023. Currently, Nadim is working as a Training Manager at ARK since March 2023.

From 2010 to 2013, Nadim Ghbaly pursued a Bachelor's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies at the Military Academy of the Lebanese Armed Forces. During the same period, they also attended Military school and earned another Bachelor's degree in Military Science and Operational Studies.
