Jeffrey Buchanan is an accomplished Senior Consultant and Executive Mentor at Inside-Out Learning, Inc. since October 2023. Buchanan serves as a Commissioner for the Arizona Game and Fish Department and as a Senior Advisor for the Vet Voice Foundation, both roles held since March 2023 and June 2022, respectively. In addition, Buchanan is a Board Member for Arizona State Parks and Trails, 360 Veterans' Association, and Worldmaker International, with longstanding commitments beginning in May and October 2019. The founder of Lead By Example Consulting since September 2019, Buchanan is also a Member of the Board of Advisors for The Autonomy Institute. A retired Lieutenant General of the US Army with 37 years of service, Buchanan previously commanded USARNORTH and led various federal responses to natural disasters. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Leadership Development from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Arizona.
