Barney Hilton Murray serves as the Executive Director of Mentoring Tucson’s Kids, leading a faith-based youth mentoring initiative since January 2023. In addition to this role, Barney is a Teaching Artist for the Tucson Unified School District and has been actively involved in various organizations, including as President of Arizona Christian Men’s Fellowship and Founder of The Living Room, a mental health and life coaching service. Barney owns and operates multiple entities focused on digital arts and media education, including Digital Vision Academy and BHM Photography and Video, which have been active since 2010 and 1975 respectively. As the Founder and CEO of the Arizona Christian Men's Basketball Association, Barney promotes health and wellness through sports in faith-based communities. Previous experience includes directing the RiseUp Program at EASTPOINTE HIGH SCHOOL INC. and teaching creative arts at Eastpointe High School. Barney holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Technology from SUNY Westchester Community College.
