Amy Dewey is an experienced CAD Operator and Senior Drafter specializing in foodservice design. Currently working at Arizona Restaurant Supply since May 2023, Amy has previously held positions at Ideation Design Group, where roles included Foodservice Designer from February 2022 to May 2023 and again from April 2021 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Designer at TriMark USA and working as an Administrative Assistant for Brevard County Public Works. Amy also operated as an Independent Consultant from August 2014 to March 2019, during which time client relationships and detailed equipment floor plans were developed. Past positions at Arizona Restaurant Supply’s Creative Culinary Design Concepts and Frank Redmond Design Group further solidified expertise in design and drafting. Amy completed education at Martin Van Buren High School between 1990 and 1994.
