Jill Santa has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jill served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Arizona Humane Society, leading the HR and Volunteer Services teams. Jill was responsible for employee relations, training, coaching, and recruiting. Prior to this, Jill worked as an HR Consultant and Professional Coach at Inspire At Work, offering tailored programs to meet clients' needs. Jill also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they held various roles including Regional HR Manager for Southeast and Associate. At Kaman Industrial Technologies, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist, and at Personnel One, they served as a Branch Manager.

Jill Santa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jill obtained this degree at an unknown time. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including becoming a Certified Emergenetics Associate from Emergenetics International in August 2016, receiving a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2011, achieving SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015, and obtaining a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2000.
