Courtney Clark Giaratano began their work experience as a Recruiter at Insight Global in September 2017, where they successfully recruited professionals in various fields. Courtney then transitioned to the role of Account Manager in September 2018, overseeing the placement of IT, government, accounting, finance, and engineering professionals. Courtney excelled in building relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and managing the recruitment process. In January 2020, Courtney joined the Cleveland Indians as a Sales Development Professional, focusing on corporate partnerships and premium hospitality. Courtney played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction. In January 2021, they joined BrightEdge as an Implementation Specialist, where they contributed to the successful implementation of company solutions. Currently, Courtney serves as an Account Executive in Business Development at the Arizona Diamondbacks, leveraging their skills in building client relationships and driving business growth within the sports industry.
