Patt Ficere has dedicated over 30 years to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, currently serving as a Professional Development Coordinator. In this role, Patt specializes in leadership development aimed at enhancing the promotability of law enforcement professionals. With more than 25 years of experience as an AZPOST Subject Matter Expert in Adult Learning, Patt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. Patt's education includes studies at the University of Northern Iowa and West Delaware High School.
