Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the same hospital, where strategic cost reductions and productivity improvements were achieved. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations for ConnectionsAZ, overseeing non-clinical operations at acute psychiatric facilities, and various roles within the Arizona Department of Health Services, focusing on data analysis, compliance, and resource management. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Western Michigan University.
