Dani Donaldson serves as a Data Specialist for the Arizona Migrant Education Program at the Arizona Department of Education, with responsibilities including the verification and processing of Certificates of Eligibility in compliance with federal regulations. Prior to this role, Dani spent over a decade at Northern Arizona University, holding various positions including Director of University Admissions, where leadership was provided in recruiting diverse student populations. Other roles included Assistant Director of Recruitment and multiple positions focusing on multicultural and first-generation student recruitment and support. Dani possesses a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, both from Northern Arizona University.
