Gregorio Montes de Oca is an experienced professional in community investment and equity initiatives, currently serving as the Community Investment Manager at Arizona Community Foundation since October 2021. In this role, Gregorio oversees project management and data analysis related to the organization's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy, as well as grantmaking and scholarship programs, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Prior to this, Gregorio was the Associate Director of the Equity, Diversity, & Engagement Department at Mountain Park Health Center from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing programs and building strategic partnerships to enhance community health outcomes. Gregorio also gained experience as a National Urban Fellow with The California Endowment, focusing on grant writing and management for nonprofit organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies from Arizona State University.
