Courtney Dotson is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University, obtained in 2018. Currently serving as a Project Specialist at Arizona Central Credit Union since July 2020, Courtney has also held roles as Assistant Manager and Member Service Officer II within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Universal Service Representative II at Pacific Marine Credit Union from April 2016 to April 2019, a Business Communication Intern at C.R. Bard, INC. from December 2014 to July 2015, and as a Team Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate from August 2013 to June 2014, where responsibilities included training new team members and ensuring efficient shift operations. Notably, during the internship at C.R. Bard, INC., Courtney contributed to the overhaul of the company's computer operating system to enhance inter-divisional connectivity.
