Janelle Messiant, M.Ed. BCAP, currently serves as the ABA Program Manager at Arizona Autism Charter Schools since July 2021, overseeing the training of staff, development of performance goals, conducting functional behavior assessments, and managing a caseload of 35 students. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. from June 2008 to June 2021 as a Senior Case Consultant, where responsibilities entailed designing behavior intervention plans, training parents, conducting assessments, and supporting IEP goals across various skill areas. Additional roles at CARD included Case Supervisor and Senior Behavior Therapist, emphasizing training and implementation of ABA therapy. Janelle's academic background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Arizona State University.
