Rob Wiemer is an experienced Loan Officer at Arixa Capital Advisors, overseeing project funding, debt financing, and direct lending operations since 2016, after a notable eight-year career in real estate brokerage. Previously, Rob served as a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., contributing to one of the top-ranked branches in the country. Rob began a family business as Project Manager at Calafia Construction, focusing on property flips and rentals, and started in the commercial insurance sector as an Executive Assistant at Swett & Crawford. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree in Literature from California State University-Sacramento, along with a certificate in Screenwriting/Creative Writing from UCLA Extension.
