Stéphane Mousseau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail training and management, currently serving as Senior District Retail Trainer for Rad Power Bikes since September 2020. Stéphane's expertise includes creating training strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction, as well as developing assessment tools and engaging training materials for retail teams.
