RJ Caswell has extensive experience in business applications and information technology, currently serving as Vice President of Business Applications at Aritzia Head Office since September 2021, after holding the position of Senior Director of Business Applications at Aritzia since August 2009. Prior roles include Consulting Manager at Ideaca Ltd., where RJ specialized in Microsoft AX and CRM, and various leadership positions in supply chain management at Placer Dome and Elk Valley Coal. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Analyst at Creo and a CIO at Pangeo Pharmaceuticals, where a successful ERP system replacement was achieved. RJ's career began as an SAP Consultant at Omnilogic. RJ holds a Post Diploma with honors in Business Administration from British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
