Ella Sandoval-Carlsten is a skilled professional in product initiatives and merchandising, currently holding the position of Manager, Product Initiatives at Aritzia since June 2021, after progressing from Senior Associate roles in Product Initiative Management and Merchandising & Operations. Responsibilities include managing external partnerships, executing organizational strategies, and optimizing seasonal assortments.
