Giacomo Donati is an accomplished professional in manufacturing and operations management with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Operation Senior Manager at Ariston Group since January 2021, Giacomo has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex production operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2016 to September 2020 as Production Manager, managing a diverse team of line leaders and operators. Giacomo's career began at Indesit Company, where roles included Maintenance Manager, Shop Manager, and Process Engineer, responsible for maintenance operations and process control. Giacomo holds a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Automazione from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 2003 and 2010.
