Fahad Khan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Fahad started their career at Comau as an intern in 2011, where they gained valuable experience. Fahad then worked as a Logistic Specialist for WCM Internee at Comau, focusing on logistics and implementing improvement strategies. In 2013, Fahad joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a World Class Manufacturing Trainer, providing technical support in implementing WCM methodologies. At New Value s.r.l., they worked as a Lean Engineer, implementing Lean methodologies and achieving measurable results in improving manufacturing processes. Fahad's next role was at NTI Boilers, Inc. as a Plant Director, where they oversaw production sites and played a vital role in the company's success. Currently, they are serving as the Plant Director of two production sites at Ariston Group, a leading player in the North American heating market. In their previous roles at Ariston Group, Fahad served as the Operations Integration Senior Manager, Plant Planning and Control Manager, Plant Logistics and WCM Manager, and a member of the WCM Central Team, where they supported plants in implementing WCM methodologies and acted as a knowledge expert. Throughout their career, Fahad has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, operations integration, production planning, logistics, and World Class Manufacturing implementation.
Fahad Khan pursued their education at the Politecnico di Torino from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering with a focus on Automotive studies. Prior to that, they attended the National Textile University from 2007 to 2008, studying Textile Chemistry without completing a degree.
