Eвгений Карпиеня has been working in the IT industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a PHP Developer for Купи Слова. Theirduties included fulfilling various functions according to the specifications, development and implementation of code, and transferring websites to new hosts. In 2012, they were a PHP Developer for ООО "БАУСТОФ", where they were responsible for completing various tasks, developing and implementing code, and transferring websites to new hosts. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a PHP Developer for ItsHot.com, where they were responsible for development and implementation of code and new modules. During this time, they also worked as a freelance php-programmist, creating a website on Magento. From 2014 to present, they have been working as a PHP Developer for Aristek Systems.

Eвгений Карпиеня attended the Belorussian National Technical University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned an Inžener degree in Gidrotekhnika.
