Madori Gray has held various accounting and financial roles since 2009. In 2009, they were the General Manager at Ichiban Collectibles, where they managed daily accounting operations, processed weekly bank and credit card deposits and reconciliations, and prepared monthly financial reports for the board of directors. In 2012, they became an Accountant at the Challenger Learning Center of Colorado Springs, where they managed daily accounting operations in QuickBooks desktop, performed monthly payroll, and generated quarterly financial reports for the CEO. From 2014-2017, Madori held two roles simultaneously: President of the Strike Fighter Squadron 115 Officer Spouses' Club and Project Manager and Advisor of the Strike Fighter Squadron 115 Family Readiness Group. In both roles, they supervised accounting procedures and inventory, developed long-term fundraising goals and budgetary plans, and organized and managed fundraising efforts. From 2019-2020, Madori was the Staff Accountant at Blue Star Families, where they performed full cycle accounting, handled payroll and maintained records for over 60 employees, and managed 403b contributions, FSA, and benefits submissions semi-monthly. Most recently, Madori has held the roles of Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant at AristaMD since 2021.
Madori Gray obtained a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2019. Prior to that, in 2018, they obtained a QuickBooks Certification from Intuit.
