Laura Phillips is an accomplished technical writer with extensive experience in documentation across various technology companies. Currently serving as Principal Technical Writer at Observe, Inc. since May 2022, Laura previously held roles at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included writing IAM documentation and managing Secrets Manager documentation. Prior to AWS, Laura led information development at Pluribus Networks and managed technical publications at Juniper Networks, integrating documentation technologies and collaborating on product releases. Early career accomplishments include developing the Technical Publications department at SonicWALL. Laura holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
