Jennifer Zutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and training within virtual environments. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Customer Success at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. since March 2009, Jennifer has also held roles including Manager of Customer Success and Contracted Lead Instructor, focusing on virtual call center service support.
