Gokul Baskar is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Arise Investments and Capital Pvt. Ltd. since October 2023, Gokul previously worked at The Muthoot Group from January 2020 to October 2023, where roles included Deputy Manager HR and Assistant Manager - HR within a leading financial corporation. Prior to that, Gokul was employed as an HR Recruiter at RAMSOL PVT LTD / WITS ACUMEN from August 2018 to December 2019, and as a Financial Analyst - US Tax at Datamatics Global Services Limited for a brief period. Gokul holds an MBA in HR and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Pondicherry University.
