Rebekah Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education field. Rebekah most recently worked at ARISE Schools as the Director of K-2, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the K-2 Literacy Director at ARISE Schools from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining ARISE Schools, Rebekah was employed by FirstLine Schools as an Assistant Principal from June 2019 to June 2021. Rebekah also worked at Uncommon Schools as a Principal Fellow from August 2018 to June 2019.

Rebekah has prior experience with FirstLine Schools, where they served as an Instructional Coach at Arthur Ashe Charter School from July 2016 to July 2018. Rebekah also worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at FirstLine Schools from July 2012 to July 2016.

In addition, Rebekah has been involved in various educational organizations. Rebekah served as a Teacher Leader Fellow at Leading Educators from June 2015 to June 2017. Rebekah was a Leadership Coaching Fellow at Match Education from June 2016 to May 2017. Rebekah Mills completed their Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Mississippi, studying there from 2005 to 2009.
