Mario Tucci has an extensive work experience. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Arionkoder, a company focused on digital transformation. From 2010 to 2015, they were Founder and Partner at MVD Consulting, where they focused on Corporate Development, New Customers, Globalization Process and team development. During this time, they also served as Latin America Representative for Everest Group from 2015 to 2014, and as a Professor at Universidad de la República from 2014 to 2018. Mario also served as a Columnist for the magazine Hacer Empresa de la Escuela de Negocios de la Universida de Montevideo from 2018 to 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Board Member for the Cámara Uruguaya de Tecnologías de la Información, and President of Latin America for Tholons from 2011 to 2004. Mario then joined Tata Consultancy Services as VP of Iberoamerica, and Country Manager of Uruguay, Argentina, and Colombia. Finally, they were Vice President of Latin America Sales and Channel for Novell from 2002 to 1994, where they were also Vice President of Latin America Sales and Country Manager.

Mario Tucci has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst from Universidad de la República which they obtained between 1983 and 1987. In 1998, they attended Babson College for Executive Development. In 2008, they attended Kellogg University for Leadership. In 2021, they obtained an AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
