Anthony Walker is a Partner at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners, specializing in International Commercial Arbitration and serves as Head of the English Law Practice focusing on M&A Disputes since December 2020. Additionally, Anthony is a Senior Advisor offering expertise in international disputes and English law M&A. As Co-Founder of ArieGuard, launched in November 2021, Anthony is focused on transforming the M&A and investment industry through a digital investment banking platform. Previously, Anthony held the position of Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advising on high-value cross-border M&A disputes, and served as Senior Associate (Counsel) at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, specializing in English corporate law. Anthony began their career as a Solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna and holds a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
