Tracy Varela is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, competition, and corporate matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and previously as Senior Associate at Arias Law since January 2013, Varela has also held the position of Associate Attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Sfera Legal, where the focus was on commercial, corporate, and labor law, and working as a Paralegal at Feinzaig, Scharf and van der Putten and Batalla Abogados, focusing on litigation and public law. Tracy Varela earned a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 2007 and 2011.
